Options for qualifying self-employed borrowers using eligible bank-statement income.

P&L-Only
Certain self-employed borrowers may qualify using a profit and loss statement rather than traditional income documentation.

Eligible assets may be used as part of the qualifying income calculation.

Minimum FICO as low as 600*
* Subject to program eligibility, property type and other underwriting requirements.
